IUI help

Hello,

I went to the doctor to have something called a hycosy. Where they check to see if the tubes are open. Check was good, tubes open, uterus great. Doc said I have 11 follicles on my right side and 10 on the other. Doc suggested doing IUI. Can anyone give me a picture of what I’m getting myself in to. Is my follicle count good? What should I expect going into this process?
