Normal in baby?!!

My baby had her 4 month shots & she’s really mellow.. it’s a little concerning to me because she’s not usually like this. Her grasps isn’t that tight either. She doesn’t have a fever she’s kind of just chilling and only wants her binki. Also do the nurses put the vaccines in the needles or are they already pre made? Because it looked like there was a lot of vaccine liquid in it..
