Took the abortion pill today at 3:50pm it’s now 5:55pm I haven’t bled yet? Should I be worried?

It took me four hours. It is not fast-acting and usually takes a few hours to begin working.

It’s normal to take a few hours or more for bleeding to start. I’m pretty sure most women start bleeding within a few hours but if you have not started bleeding after 72 hours that’s when you need to go back as the abortion hasn’t worked. I am not 110% sure of this so if you do get worried please call the clinic and ask :)
