So I’ve had my mirena for a little over 3 years.

Lately I’ve been noticing that I look a little chunkier 😆 in the beginning of this year I weighed 140lbs. I am about 5’6 and a half. I now weigh 152.5lbs. Wtf. I’m 22 years old and I’ve never had an issue with weight before.

I haven’t changed anything in my diet or working out. So I’ve been trying to eat less and burn more calories for a couple of months now and I’m still gaining weight ☹️

Has anyone else gained weight on mirena? Was it your mirena or another factor and how did you lose it? I want to take it out and see if that’s the issue but I don’t want to get pregnant right now lol. I know I could use a condom but my so refuses and that’s why I decided to get the mirena.
