Waist trainers after birth?

Does anyone know how long after giving birth is it ok to wear a gurgle or waist trainer?

They have post birth girdles that you can use once baby is born. I used mine the day I got out of the hospital. It makes a huge difference! I looked better post baby than pre baby! There’s a difference between a waist trainer and a girdle though so just make sure for get a post pregnancy design.

I waited a week and put mine on for a few hours a day. It helped me tremendously
