Do you ever bedshare? Please don’t judge

My LO is sleeping on her bassinet beside my bed from 10-4 at night right now. But when I pull her out go nurse at 4 she doesn’t go back. She will scream until I pick her up and cuddle and she goes back to sleep in my bed until 7. My hubby hates it and says it’s an unnecessary risk.

I bed share every night. She goes down in her bassinet but once she wakes up for her first feed she doesnt go back either. I dont hate it. I love cuddles from my little one. There is no perfect parent out there. You do what you can to keep your baby happy and your sanity. Don't belittle yourself over something so minor. 😊

Yep I bed-share every night:) LO is 8 weeks. There a safe techniques to use while bed sharing, do not feel bad ya mamas need out sleep too!

I swore I wouldn’t bedshare with my kids but it turned out they absolutely would not sleep any other way. I hate it too because of the risk but it’s the only way we get any sleep.

Mine sleeps til 4 and then won't go back in his crib as well. Not sure why!

my husband's 5 am alarm always wakes my little guy up so when he gets up I just take him out of his bassinet and we snuggle till daddy comes home around 8 am from his morning workout :)

I think the number of people who cosleep, even occasionally, must be so much higher than the statistics show. Poor knowledge from certain health care professionals would have you think it's always a complete no go and leads mums to fib and say no we don't do that...
I have a side sleeping crib and the first "put down" of the night he rarely settled so about half the time I end up taking him in with me. Its literally like a foot closer lol but he settles. The rest of the night after each subsequent feed he goes back down no problems x

After 2 weeks of screaming constantly and not getting any sleep I said F it and put my baby in the bed with me it sucks that people tried to shame me for bed sharing. It’s what works best for you all I can say is the way that worked for me was removing all my pillows from the bed and laying him on his back. I also sleep vertically in the bed and lay him horizontally

My daughter is doing the same thing. She just started this week doing this. My husband says the same thing but if I don’t I don’t sleep.

My LO is in her 8 week leap and let me tell you It’s not pretty. She won’t sleep unless she’s on me or right up against me. I need sleep and sanity, so yup she sleeps in bed with me!
