I did it! I faced my fears!!

I jumped out of my comfort zone and landed successfully!! I still can’t believe it. For the last 13 years, I’ve worked in minimum wage jobs. At most, maybe a dollar or two more. The last 5 years I’ve been working as a security guard, bored out of my mind. Feeling as if I was wasting my life away.

And then one day, someone told me to apply for a position in the building I worked at. I felt incredibly under qualified and didn’t think I should. But with all the encouragement from my husband, sister(bff) and friends...I went for it! Holy cow! I applied. And received a call within days for an interview!! So I went shopping and got ready.

I was a nervous wreck but I didn’t show it. And guess what ya’ll?!!!!

I GOT THE JOB!!! Instantly DOUBLED my yearly salary with great benefits and I start next week. I can’t believe it. 🎉✨✨

I just felt like I needed to share this because I know there’s other people out there like me who are scared to try something new. Something different. But I’m proof that it pays off to be BRAVE. ❤️❤️❤️
