Essential oils
Do any of you mommas out there use essential oils? Yall I got a diffuser for mothers day ran some eucalyptus in it that nights and my child slept all nighttttttt.
Is there a trick to this madness? I'm now on the bandwagon and need suggestions. I know everyone in my house could benefit from some aromatherapy! What's your favorites? Does it actually work or am I just full of false hope? Thank you!
