Not as excited as I thought I would be....
I started my weight lost journey December 2018. My youngest child is 7 and I gained over 65 pounds while pregnant. I had a rough time with my divorce, depression and everything going on around that I ate so terrible. I finally went to the doctor and maxed out at 236. Before my first child in 2009 I was 130 🤦🏼♀️
Now here we are in May and I am 194. I am 42lbs down. I seen a difference when I hit 205 but now I still feel gross.
I recently fractured a bone in my back and my gym use went from 5 days a week to none at all 👎🏼
