Depo or mini pill?

Question

I posted something about being on depo a while ago and the responses told me to get off it immediately, and I totally agree that I should. 
If I were to return to my mini pill.... would that be better. Possibly my weight gain will go down.
However, when I was on the mini pill. I had my period for like 2 months straight !!

I had the drop before my daughter it took me almost 2 years to become pregnant with her after I stoped it. After I had my daughter I was on it for a little less than a year I’m now on the nexplanon it goes in your arm I though about the pill but I just always forget to take them. With the nexplanon it has made my weight go down and my sex drive is back up that was my two problems with it I hope this helps.

I liked the mini pill. I didn’t get all the side effects that I did with the combination pill. (Currently pregnant BUT that happened after I stopped taking the pills lol)
