I feel nothing

So I turn 17 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I feel nothing. Not just physically but emotionally. I am questioning if I really even have a little dude in there given that I expected to fee movement by now. He’s always so active on our scans. I had two scans in the last week (the first one the lady measured it all wrong so the second was to get correct measurements). I’ve had barely any symptoms this whole time, and although I feel I should feel grateful for this, I just feel numb and not connected/bonding to the life growing inside of me. I need reassurance that I am not alone in these feelings or that it’s okay to feel this way.
