i have been suffering from chronic constipation since i was 8. i can go weeks/months without having an urge. then when it comes its extremely painful to pass and its huge. i sit on the toilet for hours and no relief. sorry tmi. please hell

When I'm taking antibiotics sometimes I get constipated. Yogurt can help it keeps good bacteria in balance and makes it easier to poop like softer poop (sorry if tmi) but it helps Greek yogurt works really good drinking more water can help and if you try to poo every day or two even if you don't have the urge it can help prevent constipation and make it not as bad I would talk to your doctor to see if there is a medical reason why
