Scared to have sex

I had my coil put in 3 days ago and I'm scared to have sex :( I mean I've barely got any cramps just a few light ones and to he moment I'm really horny haha. My and my partner been together for 4 years so he doesn't mind at all but I'm petrified to have sex incase it comes out of something stupid as I don't it can't but it says 24 hours after it's inserted so I should be fine argh basically I just don't want sex to hurt I don't know what to do help please x
