Postpartum period

My period postpartum is horrendous. My flow is so heavy and my cramps are debilitating. I'm curled up crying on the couch and feel like I need to throw up. I took ibuprofen and it's not even touching the pain. I was checked for endometriosis when we struggled to get pregnant, but everything looked fine. I got my period back right away, even though I was breastfeeding. I am miserable. trying to take care of three kids and even going to work is so hard. My cramps are currently worse then my contractions were.
