Trust issues

How can I help my trust issues? My boyfriend has never cheated or gave me reasons to believe that he has. I grew up watching my dad cheat and that has really developed a fear in me. This has been causing a lot of trouble with my boyfriend since I’m constantly having jealousy episodes and pretty much keeping him from doing many things.
