Bleeding

Yesterday I had my first ultrasound found, im currently 7 weeks and 3 days... I had some old blood (brown in color) when I would wipe, told the doc she didn’t seem concerned at all... today at work I had more of that but had some small amount of pinkish blood ONLY when I wiped, call docs again they didn’t seem concerned unless it was larger amount of large clots coming out... I no longer have the pinkish blood but still have the old looking blood, not exactly sure what to think... they said the baby looked great yesterday at the ultrasound, is it possible the ultrasound probe irritated my cervix some... or is this a miscarriage.... 🤔🤷‍♀️
