Pregnancy With PCOS and Endometriosis?

This week I was diagnosed with PCOS and Endometriosis. My husband and I have been ttc for over a year with no success. I always knew something was wrong but still shocked and very discouraged by the results. My HSG showed my right ovary/fallopian tube mostly blocked from scar tissue, so it looks like only my left ovary is functioning. Wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation and successful in getting pregnant? If so, what did your doctor do? I don’t want to jump to IVF yet. Really hoping some medication will help. Thanks!

I have endo and PCOS. Fortunately both of my tubes were open. However I got my HSG when I was getting my ovaries drilled and endo removed due to me not ovulating on stim drugs. 
I'd go with the IVF. Even if you are ovulating, or do with stim drugs, you only have one tube which limits your chances. If it's one thing I've learned so far it's to take the medical advice and to allocate your money accordingly. I've spent thousands so far and start IVF in July.
