So I never use soaps down there but occasionally use vagisil ph balance but just on the outside.

My question.... So normally when I clean down there I reach up and extract any cm and get all cleaned out .... I was think about it though and wondering if I should do that during my fertile window (egg white cm.... Aka pure gold.... Aka holy Grail) haha

Wondering if anyone has info on this from a doctor ... Or a scientific study.... An answer that is not just opinion based
