Is anyone else going through a crazy stressful time in there life? Vent here!

Me personally, I’m a real estate agent. I just had one deal fall through because the loan wasn’t approved due to a structure on the property. I was able to find them another home and just went into contract with it, but the process has been very stressful, especially because I’m also in contract buying my first home with my husband. I’m not only working as buyer, but I’m also working as the agent on the transaction. Everything that can go wrong has went wrong, I can’t get my tax docs from the IRS, the sellers agreed to fix repairs, and then didn’t repair them. The appraisal came back much lower than the purchase price. I’m stressed. I feel like we’re not going to get this house and I have worked so hard and spent so much money on inspections and appraisals. It’s draining me. I feel for the buyers I represent now more than I have before. Buying a new home is the most stressful thing in the world 🙃🙃

Also, I have HG and this pregnancy has been hard and complicated, and I’m crazy emotional so that’s just a cherry on top.

Anyone else need to vent??
