Back to work!?!?

So I am 5 days postpartum and we have fell on hard times in the middle of our pregnancy so we really need me to work, with that being said has anyone went back this early?

I feel so guilty and just down about even leaving my babies but I feel like if I don’t go back then I am failing them.

As far as my job goes they will work with me and allow me to sit and do my job so I am clear there.
