I am 31w 4d and today I noticed that I'm feeling anxious and my heart rate is a little elevated. I know that in the third trimester blood levels increase, which in turn makes your heart rate increase, but I was just wondering if anyone else is or has experienced this? I have adoctor's appointment on Friday and plan to mention it then. BTW- I'm not having any chest pains, shortness of breath, heart palpitations or anything like that - just a faster heart rate than I'm used to.
