Membrane sweep, ADVICE
I am 40 weeks and 3 days pregnant with #1 and membranes were swept yesterday at 11 am, which hurt so bad! I'm 2 cm 60% effaced. I had painful contractions since I left the doctors until 6 am this morning woke me up all night, I bleed brownish right after exam but it went away. Before I went to bed I had painful contractions, back pain, and period cramps. I woke up with very loose bowel movements and some reddish brownish discharge with mucus. But haven't had any contractions since 6 am. Talked to my doctor and they said it sounds like I'm in early labor. Has anyone else experienced any of this when they're sweep was successful?!?
