How do i not gain so much weight during pregnacy ?
I had my baby when i was 17 i was 120 pounds at the beginning of pregnacy . by the time i had my daughter i was 195 ! I never used to gain weight and i would try because i would feel i was so skinny so i was so suprisdd i gained so much . 75 pounds i gained. my daughter is 18 months and i havent lost one pound 😒 now i am pregnant again currently 10 weeks . im wondering how do i not gain so much weight? I really dont wanna gain another 75 ponds and be 270 pounds 😳😳 i know eating fruits and vegetables is good and which i will start doing more but what are some more healthy snacks? And i will start taking more walks and swimming nd im thinking about yoga but what else can help me not gain so much weight?
