Anyone else experienced this?

I can't find anything about it online and its been bugging me.

I was walking to the shop the other day, i took a glace at another woman walking opposite direction to me, literally looked at her less than a second and i felt chills and felt terrified of her, she looked normal, early 20's but there was a pure evil vibe I got from her, i can still recall exactly what she looks like even though as i said I just looked at her less than a second, it's like I have a mental image of her in my mind and that's never happened before.

I really wanted to run the second i seen her.
