Period?

Okay so I’m a mom of 2 girls and I’m 21 and I was wondering if your 1 day late on your period could it be because of stress and if so how can I induce my period? And no I’m not on birth control.

Yes, stress, illness, medication, diet, exercise... all of these can affect your period. Or since your just barely late, you could have just ovulated later... and I don’t think there’s a way to induce your period.
