Low BBT?

So I just started temping three days ago, and I'm not sure if I'm doing it wrong, or possibly dying?? Today my temp was 96 degrees, is that too low? Google says I'm hypothermic, so that's... helpful. I have always run cooler then normal (even when I'm seriously ill I never get fevers) but this seems concerning? I went from 97.5 degrees on Tuesday (cycle day 1) to 96.4, then 96.3, and now just 96.

Are you using a bbt thermometer or a fever thermometer? Bbt thermometers are more accurate and record your temp to the  .00 place. When I first started tracking with a fever thermometer, my temps were similar to yours. Now I've got a bbt thermometer and they're in the 97s, pre-ovulation. Just keep temping and see what this cycle brings. If you still have low temps and you don't even ovulate, it could be possible you have hypothyroidism.

Bbt is always going to be lower than your regular temp during the day-you’re not dying. It could be related to sleep conditions.

That sometimes happens to me... my temps are always on the lower side but occasionally I will have a few days with really low temps, especially right after my period ends. They rise back up to normal and I eat ovulation patterns as I should. Here is an example:
