Has anyone actually used a vista with a toddler and a newborn? Did you use the bassinet? If so, how was it to have the newborn on the bottom (bassinet) and the toddler on the top seat?

I will be having 2 babies under 2, and we’re looking for a double stroller. Love a lot of things about the vista, except for the bassinet-toddler seat configuration. My 1st hated strolling in the car seat, so we were hoping to opt for bassinet this time around. We live in a city and walk everywhere, so we need a good stroller with a smooth ride.
