It’s 6;00 am in the fucking morning the neighbors have a loud parrot who won’t stop screaming ?? Can I make a noise complaint for it ? I’ve really had it with that bird non stop screaming no matter what time of day it is ! It’s so annoying ! Don’t know how people can have those loud birds I have a 4 month old who sometimes wakes up because the bird screams which leads to the other back neighbors dog barking loudly !
