Which one is more effective??? 🤔

They are the same. Just depends what works best for the person

In my experience, Clomid did not work for me at all. I did Clomid 4 rounds (50mg,50mg, 100mg, 150mg) and I never ovulated. I am on my second (and last) round of Femara and I have not ovulated yet. I go in for the blood test on Saturday. I think it really depends on the person. They both might work for you or neither might work!

They both achieve the same result but work in different ways. Sometimes what works for one person doesn’t work for another.
I have taken both. I ovulated on both, even did IUI with Clomid and never got pregnant. I did 5 rounds of Clomid all the way up to 200mgs and no success getting pregnant. 
Then I switched to Femara and got pregnant on my second round of 2.5mg. I took just the meds and did timed sex with hubs when my OPK showed I was peaking. I am now 35 weeks pregnant with a little boy 💙 
When we are ready for baby #2 I will probably start with just Femara and see what happens after 6 months.

It probably depends on the person and what issues you have. Your doctor should recommend the best thing for you.
