Please help - ovulation chart

I still have no idea how to make sense of the ovulation chart. Can someone please help?

My cycles are anywhere between 28-40 days long so i don't know when to expect ovulation or my periods each month. I also can't go off Glow predictions as they seem to change every month. Hubby was away for the whole predicted ovulation window and got back dpo1 which was a week ago.

Can you tell from this chart when or if I ovulated?
