After no ovulation or period with my first round of clomid, my doctor did some blood work and found that I have high testosterone (63). She mentioned if it came back high that I may have to take birth control for 9 weeks to “balance my hormones.” Has anyone had this experience? It doesn’t make sense to me and I’m dreading waiting even longer to get pregnant. Any success stories of getting pregnant with high testosterone? I haven’t been diagnosed with PCOS yet but I suspect that I have it due to super irregular periods, testosterone, body hair, etc. I’m not overweight.
