2nd Pregnancy - Feels like I need to pee all the time!!

I’m currently almost 8 weeks pregnant. In my first pregnancy, I never really noticed needing to go to pee all the time until 6 months old. This time around, I feel the urge constantly. I even went to the clinic today thinking that I may have a UTI, but they tested the urine and they said everything was fine. I pee, then I feel the urge. It almost feels like a tickling sensation where the pee would come out, if that makes sense. It’s driving me crazy! Is this normal??
