Getting discouraged 😩

I’ve had endometriosis since i was 11! I just had my 9th D&C on the 5th and he removed the mirena I had in for 3 years to help with the heavy bleeding! He told me I had a good chance this month being that the cyst haven’t formed yet. I took ovulation test and had sex as much as possible. I’ve been feeling nauseous. I’m 8 days out from my missed period. I’ve taken two test and I know I’m testing really early I’m just so impatient. I’m just wondering if anyone has went through anything similar and got pregnant in the first month or two? And if not what plan of action did you take from there?
