Milk increase?

Question

Ive started pumping every 3 to 4 hours and putting baby on the breast even if she only stays on a few minutes. Im drinking mothers milk tea and eating lactation bites without brewers yeast (couldnt find it). How long should it take for my milk to increase? Sometimes i hardly get any milk and other times ill get 1oz.

I saw an increase with "upspring milkflow" after about 3 days. After the first pill I believe I saw a decrease.  But since I had a good stash already created from my initial heavy days in weeks 2-4 postpartum,  I kept trying it and gave it a real chance. By the end of day 3, I nursed him once and still pumped 3 more bottles after he nursed.

Have you tried power pump sessions? Increasing water intake? Are you pumping every 3 hours at night as well?

Ive been trying to pump every 3 hours. Since she eats every 3 hours. She wont stay on my breast and is bottle feed right now because thats how low my supply is but is that enough to boost it or should i pump morr times than she eats??
