Period after a tubal?!?!

I’m 12 weeks postpartum and I have not had my first period yet! Is this normal? I have spotted twice for one wipe and then it’s gone... going to make an appt soon if it doesn’t show up

I just had one at 12 weeks and it was so so light, I was a little off guard since my first period with my son was so heavy I was soaking through pads every 2 hours. This one was 2 days and super super light.

I’m thirteen weeks postpartum, and I still haven’t gotten one yet either. My doctor said if it hasn’t come by July to come in.
