I only had breast tenderness until a couple days before 6 weeks, which is when the nausea revved in.

I am 5 weeks and i feel dull cramps off and on and my nipple is tender. Im sure you have symptoms but there just not the obvious ones. Like me over the past few weeks i have diarreah, dizzy spells, cramps, insomnia, back ache, and some times my vagina start feeling like growing pains😁 and frequent urination but they came sporadically. I wouldnt worry some people have none at all

At arpund 4w I broke out BAD in zits. Everyone asked what was wromg w my face😂😂 around 5w, felt like I had the flu. My body was aching, I was sleeping alllll day. Cramps

5 weeks is still very early. My sore breasts kicked in around 6 weeks and my nausea two weeks later.
