Upper back pain 😭

I’m 10+3 today, and I recently started getting some upper back pain. It feels like sharp throbbing pain in my left side, a few inches below my shoulder blade. It spasms for a few seconds, then stops, but it’s getting more frequent throughout the day. Is anyone else experiencing this, and is it normal?
