If both of my ovaries hurt during ovulation does that mean I produced two eggs this cycle? Possible twins?

There’s no way to know that.

There’s no way to know for sure, but even IF two eggs were released, there’s no guarantee that you would have twins. That’s as much of a game of chance as getting pregnant with just one baby at a time.
