Weight loss advice
So recently I decided that I wanted to lose weight. I’ve always wanted too but I never had the motivation. But this summer I don’t have a job and school is out(I’m in college), and I figured that this was the best time to focus on myself and make myself healthy. I currently weigh around 340. I’ve always been heavy but never did anything about it. I know my eating habits are bad. I’m definitely drink too much soda, but I also eat out too much. Me and my bf are always on the go so fast food is always either lunch or dinner. I really just need exercise ideas and any other tips! I’m really motivated to lose 100 pounds by next spring! I know I don’t have a way to the gym but there’s a track near my house that I could walk to and walk around, but I need more ideas! So anything helps!!
