Swimming with period advice!!
Ok so I'm 14 and im going to Schlitterbahn on Thursday. I have never used a tampon before but I might need to for this trip. The only thing is I started on Saturday and it'll lighten up by Tuesday but I'll still be spotting till bout Thursday. So WHAT SHOULD I DO??
