We kind of scoped the area to find out where it’s

Coming from and it seemed apparent that it was coming from the dog park or someone’s backyard. We called the police and they found no one and we emailed our apartments, but no response yet.

It’s been disrupting my sleep and I’ve been awake since 3am.

I told a few of my friends about it and they just laughed. I don’t think it’s funny, it’s disturbing and we have a lot of children in the neighborhood as well.
