Stomach cramps
I’m 37 + 2 and this morning I have woken up to nausea and a poorly tummy.
I have now been experiencing really bad pains in my stomach that feel like poo/diarrhea cramps that make my whole stomach tighten. I have timed them and they are around 3 minutes apart and last for an average of 1 minute.
Could these be contractions? I always assumed contractions would feel like severe period pains and don’t want to ring my doctor just for a poorly tummy!
