Been spotting for 3 days now. It’s the smallest amount ever! A few drops of very light brown

It’s mostly when I wipe- but not every time! Wore a panty liner all day yesterday and had one maybe 2 tiny drops and that’s it. Barely any cramping either!

I haven’t ever had this before- actively TTC baby no.1 with pcos but the tests are all negative ! Trying to track my temps and haven’t seen any sign of ovulation either!

So confused as this isn’t normal for me at all!

Any ideas on what this could be or what can cause it ?

The pic is from Saturday when it first started. This is the heaviest amount its since got even less than this when I wipe it’s now literally just a drop
