I had my c section scheduled for the 20th (today) at noon, but on May 19th around 8pm I started having contractions. After an hour or two, it got worse. Called the on call doctor who told me to go straight to L&D. Got here, got hooked up to monitors, and sure enough contractions every 3-5 mins. They’re keeping me overnight, and gave me a shot to stop contractions because they don’t want to do the c section right away since I ate not that long ago. Will find out if my c section time will be moved to morning or kept for the noon. Excited and nervous!! 😅
