Weight loss and breastfeeding
Hey everyone. My LO is 10 weeks old and I finally feel like I’ve energy to start working out. I started walking last week and I’m going to do the same this week. Plus going to start doing weights at home. I’m just wondering about losing weight can it affect your milk supply? If so what is ok to lose? I’ve 25 pounds still to lose to get back to pre pregnancy weight. I know I could lose it quite quick if I tried but don’t want to jeopardise my milk supply. Thanks 😊
