Walking occasionally and when I shave my entire body it’s kinda a nice workout...

I worked out one day last week, and the week before. I stopped lifting weights because it was killing my back and I was exhausted for the rest of the day and couldn’t do much. I’ve only been on the elliptical or walking. 
But I’m still trying to stay active every day with my son by walking, going to the park, and playing outside. Im gonna try to go to the gym this week a couple of days on the elliptical.

Props to all you sporty ladies! I used to play rugby and (obviously) had to take a break.

Yep I’m 37+3 and still working out! Just not running anymore because she felt so heavy. Hope this helps with our labors!!
