Special diet?!

What diets do y’all have? Serious or nah?!
I was diagnosed as coeliac (gluten allergy) at 6 (10 years ago) and I shall be on this limited diet forever more 😒...
Any other coeliacs?

I have an autoimmune disorder, so I tend to follow a anti-inflammatory diet. Foods that set off inflammation like heavily processed food, heavy amounts of gluten (I do light amounts of whole wheat and rice cause they don't set me off), and sweets/junk are a no go in my diet.
I have been dealing with this for years, so I've grown pretty wise about what sets me off lol

If you want ideas for celiac friendly recipes you should look up Julien Solomita on YouTube. He's got celiac disease and is also vegan and had done some pretty tasty looking dishes on his channel.

I am a Coeliac and also have a bit of IBS! So I eat pretty clean, I dont follow any particular rules other than gluten free and eat healthy meals (most of the time :) ).
