Hi ladies! So I have an appointment for blood work tomorrow (ordered as standard from the doctor) and I’m horrible about giving blood. The last time I donated blood many years ago I almost passed out. Not from the needles or being scared just the fact of feeling lightheaded. Do you recommend going on a full stomach or empty?
