What to expect first apt.

Question

So I have my first pre natal appointment Friday and they have to do testing. I know I need a blood test and Pap smear, what else should I expect as far as testing? Anything else as well I should know?

My first appointment took over an hour. I was getting a bit anxious cause I had to go back to work but they assured me it's only the first exam this like that. They made me do a urine test too.

My first appointment they do an US before any testing . Well that's how it was 20 months ago with my first pregnancy . I go in Monday for my first appointment I'm very nervous ?

I live in Maine. And they said no ultrasounds till 20 weeks unless they think something is wrong. First appt according to my doctor is being tested for std, fetal heart beat, pap, and I think that's it
