I think it looks great- maybe a tad shallow but he also looks so tiny and it will get deeper over time as you guys both get the hang of it!

The lactation consultant at the hospital I delivered at told me that more of the areola is better. Looks like he's just got your nipple, which I suppose is the point but try for more of the areola as well. If he's eating and it works then go for it. (sorry if your baby is a girl, I'm so used to saying he because of my son) Hope that helps, good luck!
